The staff went the extra mile. They efficiently accommodated my package delivery prior to arrival. I marked that I would arrive early, and my room was ready upon arrival. The breakfast had a decent variety, including typical european options.
The absence of a refrigerator in the room was a slight inconvenience. Restaurants around the hotel were limited to the one on site. Grocery stores across the street were useful.

check-in was friendly. the room had all essentials i needed. breakfast had many choices, though it got crowded sometimes. more staff to keep tables clean is a great idea. the included breakfast offered plenty of options.
the hotel seemed to have many cheap and bad behaving people, which slightly detracted from the overall atmosphere.

the hotel has proximity to the central station, really useful. a nearby market makes it easy to get lunch or dinner inexpensively, which i appreciated. it is also located close to the ferry.
